The ONE Highball – our modern interpretation of a classic.
Ingredients:
40 ml ONE RUM XO
100–120 ml ice-cold premium soda water
Large, clear ice cubes
An orange zest or a dried orange
Preparation:
Fill the highball glass with ice – right to the top.
Slowly pour ONE RUM XO over it.
Fill with soda and stir gently once from bottom to top.
Garnish with orange zest
