ONE RUM x Christina Klein - Limited Artist Edition

Christina Klein is an emerging artist based in Cologne. Her work explores the tension between control and chance, a dynamic she expresses through the drip technique—a method made famous by Jackson Pollock in the 1940s and '50s. Rather than applying paint directly, she throws or drips it onto the canvas, allowing the medium to follow its own path.

Christina is especially drawn to portraits, fascinated by the fact that no face is ever exactly the same—no expression, no structure repeats itself. By embracing a technique that resists control, her portraits take on a life of their own: the paint flows, guided by movement and coincidence. Each piece is truly one of a kind.

In a world where much is reproducible, interchangeable, and standardized, Christina’s art is a tribute to the beauty of uniqueness.
